Based on the work of Abbot Thomas Keating, Thomas Merton and others, Centring Prayer is a method of Christian meditation that places a strong emphasis on interior silence and the centring of oneself on the presence of God. Our gatherings will be very simple: a time of grounding and then an extended period of silence to open our hearts and minds to God.
The Zoom sessions are led by Leah Darke and former Jesuit priest, Tchawbaw Cabafi.
Centring Prayer will be on summer hiatus during July and August.
