From the Ministerial Search Committee

We are pleased to announce that The Rev. Jason Meyers has been called as our Minister of Worship and Faith Formation. He will transition to this new role that will start on Sept. 1. Jason was presented by the Search Committee at a special congregational meeting on June 6.  Congratulations, Rev. Meyers! Our community looks forward to walking together with you in our third century.

The search committee continues its work to fill the position of Minister of Congregational Care and Outreach.

Metropolitan United Church, a cathedral church in the downtown core, is an affirming, progressive and inclusive congregation of 622 members and adherents from the local area and afar. We are seeking applications for two full-time ministerial positions: Minister of Worship and Faith Formation, and Minister of Congregational Care and Outreach. Together with our existing Minister of Music, we strive to continue a collaborative ministerial team that can build upon our 200-year history of excellence in preaching, music, and outreach. We have a strong, lay-led culture, and we are looking for ministers who can work in that model to empower us to serve God and achieve our vision in our third century.
