About the Cafe:

A registered charity since 1981, Trinity Cafe supports adult clients living with mental health concerns. Through community and connection, we help clients heal on their own terms, in their own time. Participation in weekday Cafe shifts promotes development of valuable interpersonal and employability skills. We offer homemade baked goods, soups, sandwiches and entrees. Our offerings include macaroni and cheese, black bean enchiladas, Moroccan tomato soup, potato cheddar soup, banana bread, cookies, fair trade coffee and many other delicious items. Cafe hours are Monday to Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Be sure to drop by - we often sell out!
