Doors Open at Met

Welcome to the Met.

This is a quiet place for prayer, reflection, or just a time to sit and be away from the busyness of our lives.

We are open Monday - Friday from 12-3pm.

Our volunteers are available to welcome and assist you with any questions you may have about our beautiful church.

Everyone is welcome.

We are an Affirming Congregation, offering welcome and companionship to all, inclusive of age, ethnicity, gender identity, differing abilities, and sexual orientation.

The land upon which our church stands has been the traditional home of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and the Mississaugas of the Credit, covered by Treaty 13. It is still home to Indigenous people from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to work, live and worship on this land.
